CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

This Cancellation & Refund Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) shall apply to you when you make any purchases in our mobile application, ‘WoofConnect’, as available on Google Play Store and Apple App Store (hereinafter referred to as the “App” or “Platform”).

Please read this Policy carefully, as it forms a binding agreement between you and WoofConnect. This Policyshall be read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy statement.

ACCEPTANCE OF THIS POLICY

By purchasing any of our subscription plans, or by clicking on a button or taking similar action to signify your affirmative acceptance of this Policy, you hereby represent that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Cancellation & Refund Policy and our Terms & Conditions, and any future updates and additions to these policies, as published from time to time at the Site and App, or as otherwise may be communicated to you.

SERVICE DESCRIPTION

We use our best endeavour to provide accurate and materially complete description of all the services, subscription, and its features. However, we do not warrant that such description will always be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. We reserve the right to bring new features, and/or take out certain features of our services at any time at our sole discretion.

SUBSCRIPTION

  1. Free and Paid Service: You may become a member of WoofConnect free of charge. However, free membership then will only entitle you to participate in some of the features available as part of the Service. In order to access some additional premium features, you must become a paying subscriber to the Service by purchasing one of our subscription plans.
  2. Pricing Disclaimer and Reservation of Right: We endeavour to provide accurate and up-todate pricing information with respect to the services and subscriptions. We reserve the right to modify and update the prices of our subscriptions plans at any time at our sole discretion.

However, the subscription that you purchase at a certain price shall hold good for you until your next billing cycle.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

At WoofConnect, you have the right to cancel your subscription and request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not used the subscription service during this period. However, if you have already used the service and received more than half of the subscription’s value within the 14-day period, you will not be eligible for a refund. Please contact our support team to initiate the cancellation and refund process.

RESERVATION OF RIGHT

Without limiting the foregoing, we reserve the right to: (i) revoke any stated offers; (ii) correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omission; and (iii) make changes to prices, content, promotion offers, service/membership descriptions or specifications, or other information without obligation to issue any notice of such changes.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In case of any claims, disputes or controversies arising out of or in relation to the services that you avail from the App, or this Policy, the same shall be dealt with as per the Governing Law and Dispute Resolution mechanism as mentioned in the Terms & Conditions.

UPDATES TO THIS POLICY

We may add to or change or update this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time, from time to time, entirely at our own discretion, with or without any prior written notice. You are responsible for checking this Policy periodically. Your use of the Platform after any amendments to this Policy shall constitute your acceptance to such amendments.
